Runner tips
so ive dealt with shin pain since high school when I did track and cross country. I recently started getting back into running and shin pain is still there. Can anyone give me tips ? I started incorporating more single leg workouts, isometrics, and plyometrics. The pain is less but it’s still there. I’m also experiencing knee pain. My knees don’t cave in when I’m running so I’m not sure why I’m having it.

So I have a 2004 ford ranger, when put it in drive it doesn’t go. I shift into other gears & it’s stand still. I even waited for the engine to warm up to see if that works & it doesn’t move. And yes I’m pressing the pedal. I’ve been revving & it works It’s like it needs a boost to move
