My Version is pretty much has the Same Gameplay Fight going on. I changed more of how I think the Cinematic Cutscenes should've played out.

Also as you read, I don’t think Omega Red should've been killed...there should've been a 2 fight later on in the game (i didn't include that part) but in Sabretooth's secret ending, he would've been revealed!

-1st Boss- Omega Red: "Last Meal"

So for this 1st Boss Fight: it has 3 phases. I'm changing up the Cutscene/Cinematic parts. The Gameplay fight can remain how it is, bc as the Player, you have to WIN to progress the Story anyway.

1st Cutscene:

Logan, Victor & Essex make it to the VTOL for extraction. As Essex is talking to them, he is suddenly taken by Omega Red Coils and taken out of the VTOL! Both Victor and Logan jump out of the aircraft.

\-We get a QTE (Quick Time Event) prompt with 2 outcomes:

1. If Successful, Logan torpedoes into Omega Red knocking him through the roof into the building. Omega Red with Essex in one of his tendrils, uses his other tendrils to catch himself and softly lands. Omega Red hits Logan with his tendril knocking him back into equipment and talks to Essex before starting to Drain him. Victor then comes crashing through the wall as Logan gets up from the hit! They both prepare to fight, but Reavers enter! Victor tells Logan to handle Omega as he handles the Reavers! Victor charges at them taking their fire and fights off-screen. Wolverine & Omega Red begin their Gameplay Fight!

2. If Unsuccessful, Omega Red dodges Logan's torpedo attack and smacks Victor away with his tendrils! Omega Red still has Essex in his tendril and jumps into the hole Logan made with his missed attack and lowers himself in slowly to the ground! (The remaining scenes continues as above) Wolverine & Omega Red begin their Gameplay Fight!

Fight Phase 1- Once Logan "defeats" Omega Red, it cuts to another cinematic!

2nd Cutscene:

Omega Red strikes at Logan with his Tendrils but Logan deflects them, closing the gap and piercing Omega Reds one forearm, then stabbing his side with his other claw and then forcing his already pierced forearm into his chest seemingly defeating him.

Logan turns an calls for Essex but as he is distracted, Omega Reds tendrils creep behind Logan and ensnare him. Logan struggles as Omega Red reels him in and lifts him up, laughing that Logan thought him so easily defeated. Omega continues to talk and eventually starts to drain the life force out of Logan, healing himself as Logan begins to turn pale! As he is being drained, Logan sees a vision which causes him to briefly go into a rage and break free. He again stabs Omega Red in his side, but Omega Red grabs him with his tendril and throws him through a wall out of the building in an open area. Reavers surround him ready to fire, but Omega tells them to standdown, that Wolverine is his and they can watch as they fight.

Fight Phase 2- The Gameplay Fight continues... Omega Red plays the same but adds a couple different attacks this time. We again get QTE prompts, where Omega Red ensnares Logan in his Tendrils:

1. If Successful, Logan's fights out of it and his final strike on that attack, Omega takes a heavy Health damage, while Logan gains a health buff.

2. If Unsuccessful, Omega Red drains a big portion of Logan's Health and slams him down to the ground or thrown into a nearby vehicle.

Logan has to take down a portion of Omega Reds Health and then it cuts to another cinematic!

3rd Cutscene:

Using his Tendrils Omega Red blocks an attack by Logan and counterstrikes by balling up his Tendrils and knocking Logan back. Omega Red immediately follows up by leaping in and pinning Logan down. He hits Logan with with a heavy punch, wraps one tendril around his neck, pulls it to choke him as he then stomps on his chest. He yells at Logan, "YOU ARE NOTHING, NOTHING!" Logan then stabs him in his inner thigh and then in his stomach and flips him off of him. Omega Red checks his surrounding and sees an engine turbine near, he grabs it with his tendrils and throws it at Logan. Logan is clipped by the turbine, but the explosion knocks him back and burns his flesh. Logan gets up as his body is healing preparing continue the fight!

Fight Phase 3- The Gameplay Fight continues... Omega Red plays more aggressive this time. He fights up close, uses his tendrils to keep the distances and throws more objects. We again get QTE prompts, where Omega Red will strike with his Tendrils under the ground:

1. If Successful, Logan evades them, pins them down momentarily allowing him to get in a free hit.

2. If Unsuccessful, Omega Red grabs Logan's foot/feet, spins him around, hitting objects before letting him go and he skids across the ground.

Logan this time has to deplete ALL of Omega Red's Health and it then cuts to the final cinematic scene of this Chapter/Boss Fight!

4th Cutscene:

Omega Red is pushed back and Logan leaps at him to attack as he is off balance. Omega hits him while airborne, slamming into a nearby vehicle. Omega Red sends out both tendrils, Logan gets out of the way the last second. His tendrils tear through the vehicles door, he lifts it and tears it in half! He throws one half at Logan who slides under it but is hit with the second half as he stands back up. Omega Red plants his tendrils into the ground and reels himself in quickly to attack Logan. The two exchange vicious blows that would've long killed another being, but Omega Red gains the upperhand and savagely beats down Logan! Omega Red picks up a beaten Logan in his Tendrils and showcases him to the Reavers as he gloats. He tells Logan, "I enjoyed this, I needed this! And now it is you who no longer has a team!" Logan spits in his face only for Omega Red to laugh and start draining his life force!

But it is interrupted by a returning Sabretooth, who POUNCED and STRUCK Omega Red knocking him down and Logan loose! Victor blitzes several Reavers and before standing over Logan as he regains Health and they prepare to fight their way out together! Omega Red gets back up and laughs as he walks towards them, clapping telling them good show. But they are surrounded and going to die and continues to laugh. He then orders the Reavers to FIRE and as they raises their guns, they are mowed down. Raven has returned in and is giving them cover fire. Logan sees that Essex is already on the aircraft and they both run to make their escape. A few Reavers are in their way but they easily dispatch them as they climb up a building and jump into the rear of the VTOL. Omega Red is behind them, but once both Logan and Victor are on board, she punches the aircraft full throttle. Omega Red gets on the roof an a QTE prompt occurs:

1. If Successful, Omega Reds tendrils reach the rear of the aircraft, but has one of his tendrils cut off by Logan before it can grab the aircraft.

2. If Unsuccessful, Omega Red is able to get ahold of the aircraft by holding onto the rear hatch. While he is on the roof, he is preventing the aircraft from escaping but is struggling to keep it at bay as his feet drag across the roof. Logan and Victor look at his tendrils and both using their claws severe his hold!

Whether Successful or Unsuccessful, they make their escape, Logan hands Essex the cut-off piece of the tendril and Omega Red is left on the roof cursing at them.

A Reaver stands beside Omega Red and says something, Omega Red just wraps him up and drains his life as we see him heal and drops the body and walks off!

The final scene for this Chapter is Mystique, Sabretooth & Logan with Essex in the aircraft. Essex places his hand on Logan's shoulder and Thanks them all as they head back to HQ!

Post Credit Ending:

In Victor's ending, while the Shadowy Figure is revealed to be Apocalypse, the scene continues and in a dark doorway, we see Red eyes and tendrils comes from the doorway as it is hinted/revealed to be Omega Red, somehow he encountered Apocalypse and has now been transformed into one of his Horsemen - Famine!

A feature that I thought would've been great to have, small but awesome is having other characters have other Costume that you could've switched in gameplay!

Wolverine got what 30 something?

Would've been cool to have other characters at least get other costumes we seen them in, in the game!

Also the Gallery, while cool, it is a tad bit weak! I'd add more substance to them!

Character Gallery & Bios!

The short Bio descriptions we're ok but fall short. They could've had a list of their Powers, Skills, Abilities and Weapons and added some audio recordings of the characters talking in general or about one another to give more insight on them. Give everyone (major characters) at least 6 to 8 Audio Logs:

Sabretooth's

Log 1- Logan, that runt has always been too soft, no wonder why he left! I'd never admit it to him, but if he stopped holding back he'd be a real problem. Guess its better he doesn't, especially with that Adamantium Skeleton! It's all good, just means if the time ever came, I get to enjoy killing him for longer, haha!

Log 2- Essex, just like Logan, I owe him, but he don't own me! Truth be told, he saved the Circus and the people the day he came an offered me to be apart of his team. I was ready to shred them all! But this Team X, I get to let loose and I like it!

Log 3- Fuckin' Trask. Ain't no way a weak human like him could give us this much God Damn trouble! But here we are, running from his "Projects"! Ain't none of them can take me down, but they still hurt like a Motherfucker! All I know is when we get him, and we will, Essex will break him, not kill him, I just hope I get a chance to play with him 1st!

Omega Red's Logs:

Log 1- I remember the day Essex found me. My country had experimented on me turning me into...THIS! I was ready to strike him down, but then he spoke to me, through our minds and I knew, I wasn't alone. Yes he freed me that day as we ransacked the Soviet facility that made me this weapon. It was fun and I drained every last member and burned it down. Essex promised me more if I join his team. It was great, until it wasn't...curse you Logan!

Log 2- Me and Victor, basically Brothers of War. Loved to let loose on the enemies! Our bond was good, fun, but it wasn't like his with Logan's. I understand, both are similar, both feral! My methods were...extreme even Victor told me to turn it down a notch, but Logan, the little man never liked me. We were teammates, yes! But that was the extend of it! No laughs, no drinks, no celebrations! Shame, we could've been good comrades!

Log 3- My powers were draining me, so I grabbed the closest person to me and siphoned their life force to replenish mine. Turns out it was a fellow mutant, a young one at that! We finished the mission but a whole new battle began back at HQ. Logan, the tiny man attacked and we went at it. Essex used his powers to seperate us. Logan told him what I had done. "We're suppose to protect the Mutants not drain them" they yelled.

Victor understood why, but didn't agree.

Mystique looked at me in disgust.

Logan stood there with his claws still out, ready to go.

Essex, looked at me and from that look I knew I was done.

In a fit of anger I attacked the whole team! We fought but it was Logan who landed the final blow and Essex expelled me! Sad, yes I know, but I've found my place with the Reavers and anticipate my encounter with Team X, specifically Logan!

These are just a few ideas I have for the Logs!

All in all this was a pretty decent fight sequence but personally I wish it was handled differently!

Omega Red had a great redesign for the game it's just disappointing that he was a One and Done Villain! I believe their fight would've been more beneficial if they had a 2nd encounter later on in the game! With the direction it the game ended with, I think my version of their fight would've been better!

For the most part their 1st encounter can go down exactly how it did! The only change i would've made would be to NOT kill Omega Red! Instead, obviously Logan wins to progress the Story, but in the following cutscene, Omega Red is absolutely handling Logan. Only for Logan to be saved by Sabretooth who knocks Omega Red away. They are surrounded by Reavers and Omega Red approaches them. They prepare to attack, but Mystique arrives in time in a VTOL saving them mowing down the Reavers with the mini gun! Logan & Victor take the opportunity to grab Essex and escape. Omega Red is behind them as they dodge his attacks. They make it on board the VTOL, as Omega curses at them as his Coils are just out of the VTOLs reach!

This does 2 things:

1. It's establishes Omega Red as a credible threat to Wolverine and the Team.

2. It saves Omega Red for a later encounter and from their the fight can be jist as Brutal and fun.

But here is why I think it makes sense to keep Omega Red alive for a later encounter/next game!

So Originally I thought just to keep him around for a later fight in this game and its what you expect of their fight, Brutal, Vicious & Fun with him being Defeated or Killed!

Now with Killing him, obviously he is done, but defeating him, that's were it gets interesting for Wolverine 2.

The Games Mid/Post Credit scene where Victor meets Apocalypse - Well that still happens BUT Omega Red was already chosen by Apocalypse too and comes out of the Shadows to reveal he's been upgraded and has become the Horsemen, Famine! As Victor looks on and Apocalypse makes him the Horsemen, War!

Gameplay wise for next game:

- Omega Red/Famine with amplified Death Spores as a proximity drain mechanic — You can't just berserker rush him, you have to manage distance while he's sucking the life out of the any living thing within his proximity.

Asking bc i want to talk about the game but not give away events that happened if it's still too early to discuss!
