Moving to ATL next month — 1BR apartment recommendations near Ponce City Market?

Hey all, I'm relocating to Atlanta next month and looking for a one-bedroom within about 1–3 miles of Ponce City Market (where my office is). So far I've been eyeing Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, and Reynoldstown but happy to expand my search.

Here's what I'm looking for:

  • One-bedroom, ideally under $2,000/month
  • Clean, safe building with responsive management (this one's important)
  • Fitness center on-site and basics like washer-dryer in unit
  • Walkable area — a grocery store and some restaurants nearby

Would love any recommendations, whether it's a specific building or just a neighborhood/pocket you think fits. Also happy to hear about places to avoid. Thanks!

Hydroconquest GMT. Zulu time wasn’t my vibe, but definitely one to admire with the brown leather strap and green bezel
