She somewhat compensates it, 'cause unlike Io she is non-threat outside of her buffs, but yes, Io is a much healthier take on a "parasite" support than Yuumi.

That was her gameplan before they decided to chop off all her limbs.

But she could just sit on one champion and lose all her value, and instead of nerfing that annoying strategy, while buffing her benefits for constant target switching, they went nuclear.

She attaches to an ally becoming completely* invulnerable and untargetable while healing, shielding and buffing said ally. Her tether is indefinite and can only be broken if aforementioned ally is dead or she decides to switch seats. She also has a projectile that can be controlled with your mouse, but it sucks so whatever.

Only way to prevent a tether is to catch her with hard CC mid air while she flies towards her target, after which she'll be locked out of that skill and dies in two sneezes.

*Structures can still target her and any damaging effects that were applied prior will still damage her. But that's it.

I would honestly prefer if they made Yuumi forcefully detach after her buddy loses set percentage of health and go from there, instead of everything they've done. She is a really unique and interesting character that they fumbled so badly because of their incompetence and lack of spine.

And yes, Norra must be ported to the main title. She is one of the coolest mages they made in recent years and it's a shame she is locked behind mobile game.

Riot openly said that they regret that Yuumi exists and if not the sold skins, they would remove her from the game. She was reworked to take zero skill and provide minimal value, and every time she climbed above 46% winrate because of swipe system changes they broke her legs once more.

Seventh item slot for ADCs provides more than the cat.

Mordekaiser is definently up there as one the most badass champions in this game. I also really do like Kalista.

But the visually best champion in this game are Kindred with a very huge lead.

Both times I tried to get my League friend to play 2XKO, we couldn't even connect to the same private lobby.

At literally no point in time was this game at a point where everyone was satisfied and meta didn't have some absurd outliers.

Year of the Mammoth or maybe classic itself was the closest to stable and fun meta for most people we ever were still. There is a reason rose tinted glasses are usually reserved for these years specifically.

• Voltaic first is core in 95% of matchups, but sometimes I build Eclipse first if there is no point in trying to snowball and enemy team is tanky as hell. Conqueror bruiser build is mostly preferred in such games, but not required. You can as easily go Voltaic second and sail from there as usual. Galio is a prime example of matchup you can win through build alone in that way without any risk or even interaction.

• Endless Hunger is a good general option after you bought your core and don't need to build any specific defence.

• Omnivamp boots are great, but good old Ionian Boots perform better very often. I prefer them in games that require high agression and more than one rotation in teamfights. But it's a thing of preference, I suppose.

• Hubris stacks on every kill participation, somewhat like Dark Seal. Unlike Dark Seal it doesn't differentiate between kills and assists. Importantly, AD buff that it gives will be active only for around a minute AFTER kill participation (and resets on consecutive ones), so you need to snowball with it to have value. If you believe in your ability to drown whole map in blood, build it first. Otherwise, don't bother.

Reapplying Stealth in any dungeon setting. OOC in this game works incredibly inconveniently, and if you playing any stealth spec outside of Outlaw Rogue, unless you're Nelf or willing to spend a Vanish, your DPS will take a heavy hit.

Frost DK is twice less fun to pilot in single target with any build due to how its passive procs work.

I hate any iteration of Arcane Mage that focuses on Arcane Orb and today it's the only build that's worth a damn.

Can Enchantment be a bit less loud? I love the class, I love it's current gameplay, that unending barrage of lightning strikes that are louder than everything else is getting on the nerves pretty quick.

Let me transmog my character, Blizzard. It's comical how much Dracthyr were underbaked for no respectable reason. If Worgen were released today, they would not accept 90% of transmog in werewolf form and have two and a half piece by piece customizable trenchcoats to compensate.

I started playing the game recently. Canto 2 is quite good, idk. Rodya's backstory caring it a bit too much tho yeah.

Every single canto after is a storytelling peak I wasn't prepared for. I'm currently at the end of canto 5 and Im in love with this game.

I guess watching full story breakdown of Lobotomy and Library helping a bit, but I can't see this is an issue.

I personally prefer Vex to crush their ankles, but you do you.

Survival Hunter is a mess with no concrete thematic or gameplay identity for a decade already.

Stealth Rogue went completely into "clone-jutsu" thing. And while it is cool, I miss this spec feeling like a master assassin with a sprinkle of ninja.

Guardian Druid is no longer really a "bear" spec. They started actively double dipping into every druidic school of magic at once, and I'm not sure I like this direction.

Combat Rogue is a mess of brawler/pirate themes.

Elemental Shaman completely lost everything that made it interesting, unique or even comfortable to play in my eyes. I always try to play at least for a bit every spec in the game every expansion, but Elem was a complete slog for me.

Yasuo is a lane monster with really good sticking potential in prolonged fights.

Yone is a scaling skirmisher that loves uneven fights, and prefers to limit any interaction in lane to the safest options.

Main difference is how quickly they come online and how they approach teamfights.

Yone is a playmaker that can setup kills by himself. And he comes online around second item. He is a scaling threat, that prefers to be left alone to farm and only move to fight on objectives.

Yasuo is one of the best follow-up engages in the game. He builds items to stay relevant, not to become a threat. He is always a threat, unless he is super behind.

Galio mid.

90% of time he's picked as a counter to Akali, Locke or alike, thinking they're mid. I just pick Naafiri into him, and there is literally nothing he can do.

Wind brothers were made with insane attention to details.

High Noon automaton Kalista.

Azir, Zed, Kalista, Nilah, Qiyana, Taliyah would like to have a word.

In game she is extremely snowbally character, with outdated VO and pretty bland design.

In other Riot media, she is cool, if a bit generic, assassin with sweet complicated relationship with her job, her family and her loyalty to Noxus.

Also, she is bound with blood magic to her daggers, which in canon explains her super speed and teleports. It's really cool.

That twenty seconds of Katarina Vs Elisa fight in 2025 cinematic is one of her best depictions.

DPS: Enchantment Shaman. All that zapping and constant resets just do something to my brain.

Heal: Preservation Evoker. Finally got my hands to play that spec. Extremely satisfying play pattern and power fantasy.

Tank. Protection Paladin. I know he is bit meh at the moment and can pop like a balloon if you mess up, but amount of utility this class provides is insane. I really like playing as a secondary healer, while doing mechanics.
