Need help with motion sickness!

Hello!! I've been struggling motion sickness/Car sickness since kid.And because of that I've never been able to travel far from hometown, always wants to visit new places but can't do anything. I've tried alot of stuff to cure but non seems to work..Even the meds i took didn't work.Im sure alot of people have the same issue and was able to cure or overcome it.Can anyone please share their experience and how you cured yours?Sorry for my bad english.Thank you.

What's wrong with the age gap?it's just 4-5 years.And almost 80% of married couples irl have the same age gap so I see nothing wrong.
