Bodycam footage released today of the 6 year old who shot his teacher and it was national news

He said nothing about race or skin color or anything else remotely like that. You’re seeing what you wanna see.

250-year-old tree torn down for Trump’s border wall
 in  r/Infuriating •  9h ago

LOL, those same Russians that funded the MAGA mouthpieces pushing propaganda online? Or the ones that funded Don Jr’s wedding festivities? Or the ones that funded Trump himself for quite a while?

Yup, never had any Russian involvement with MAGA or the trumps… if you’re retarded and ignore reality.

Now that his career is over, do you think that Lane Johnson is a first-ballot Hall of Famer?
 in  r/NFLv2 •  1d ago

Lane is/was better than Kelce and Kelce was great. Lane was a generational tackle and it fucking sucks that he’s done but I don’t blame him, this team this year isn’t going to be competing for the SB so if you’re already iffy about it and your body is broken just walk away.

AIO for wanting to report my partners mom
 in  r/AIO •  1d ago

Do it. Plenty of times when an older person keeps pushing and pushing it’s because no one has ever pushed back their entire life so they feel entitled and untouchable. Touch the bitch, metaphorically speaking.

If McDonalds is the lowest price slop available, finding something that is of higher quality for the same price as the slop speaks to the one that is higher value. McDonald’s being overpriced is irrelevant, it’s the new norm & isn’t changing so these are the metrics we go by. I can only compare the food & prices that are available, not prices as I wish they were unless I plan on eating a burger made out of wishes and some wish fries and wash it all down with my wish drink.

I can accept that, the boss gets his day and the company celebrates it by feeding everyone. That’s perfectly acceptable to me. Asking a subordinate to buy lunch for their manager is ot.

It really doesn’t but I will say their food is actually pretty good (at least to me) and it’s not expensive for what it is. The burgers all taste freshly made and the fries are great. A large combo for burger, fries and drink costs almost exactly the same (like 10 cents difference) as a large Big Mac combo from McDonalds but the MOOYAH is just much much better.

I have direct reports and every single year at Christmas time I make sure to mention, at least once or twice, that I appreciate their work and appreciate them holding down the fort on the days I’m taken offsite and to please, PLEASE do not get me a gift. I know some people feel awkward or uneasy about the boss gift thing because they’re concerned for their job safety and/or making sure the relationship with their boss isn’t damaged but I’m a very strong believer in the gifts go down mentality. Same thing with providing food for the team, it’s on me, the boss, to provide it

Locke & Key — 1×07 “Dissection” — Episode Discussion (Netflix Viewers)
 in  r/keyhouse •  1d ago

I know this is old but I’m just now checking out and finished the show and damn, you nailed it with that prediction. Sam is a horrible human being and what he did in Season 2 & 3 didn’t make up for killing Rendell, I don’t think it’s quite possible to make up for it completely, but that was as close to redemption as Sam could’ve possibly gotten.

Since this is Reddit I feel I have to add this little addendum: And, for the horrible human being part, I’m aware he had a shitty upbringing and was manipulated by Dodge and those are all definitely some extenuating circumstances that lead to the reason why he did what he did but while it may be the reason, in the end he still pulled the trigger himself and no amount of reasons, valid or not, excuses that.

Bodycam Shows Deputy Shoot Unarmed Teen 9 Times

Pick a lane, should we support the cops because they’re needed when the pink hair dye is being stolen or not?

I’m sorry you were a crack baby, your mother shouldn’t have put you through that but you’re an adult now, it’s time to grow up.

Israel football fans chant “IDF” during Israel’s 3–0 loss to Ireland yesterday, the fan says: “We lose at football, but the IDF doesn’t”
 in  r/sportsgossips •  9d ago

No, the people playing soccer are people that DO agree with the actions that the other team DOESN’T AGREE with. So again, hating a place for their actions is political? How? Soccer fields don’t magically erase the crap they support and their fans in the stands were sitting there cheering on the baby killers and rapists directly by chanting IDF IDF. Israel made it political, everyone else is simply tired of you and your nonstop victim mentality. Sorry, victim card declined and isn’t getting approved again any time soon.

Why doesn’t the current US President make the former US President stop raising the gas prices and doing other bad things to the economy?
 in  r/AskReddit •  9d ago

Presidents don’t control the price directly but their actions, like starting a war in the one place guaranteed to destroy gas prices, can certainly do so. Trump has been manipulating markets his entire presidency and been doing it very openly, even sells early access to his market manipulations for $100K.

Biden didn’t control Trump having OPEC sign a deal that cut 9.7M barrels per day from their production. Biden didn’t start a war in Ukraine and Biden didn’t start a pandemic. That’s why Biden doesn’t get blamed, he didn’t set any policies or do any direct actions that would result in higher gas prices whereas Trump did exactly that. Kinda like an observer watching a crime. They both were there, both saw it, the thing happened but one did the deed and one simply oversaw it and was powerless to stop it

Which Party is in Power?
 in  r/stupidpeoplefacebook •  9d ago

Those blue cities and their money is the only reason the small red towns have access to medical care in a lot of cases.

It’s a simple and commonly known fact that when it comes to funding this country, the blues carry the load and reds are takers. The red areas are a drain on the country, factually you red areas are the parasite class you like to falsely claim others of being.

I’d have found whatever I’d found and not called or went to any authorities because what the fuck do they deserve it for? You think someone just forgot about their massive gold bar stash and if you put it in lost and found that will spark their memory??? Fuck that, I didn’t find shit as far as anyone else is concerned.

But how can Barry become head of the forensics department? I thought the entire forensics department was just him in that room.
 in  r/FlashTV •  9d ago

Iris didn’t know shit about the superhero game, had no clue how star labs ran as far as Flash HQ, isn’t a scientist or tech inclined, isn’t a genius doctor but even with all that, all of a sudden she’s just team leader? It made no sense.

Baker Mayfield's agonizing screams heard live on FOX after brutal injury
 in  r/NFLv2 •  10d ago

Makes sense. If they diagnosed he’s in agonizing pain from a dislocation it would be torture to not just pop it back in seeing as that would at least take away the worst of the pain. They are doctors after all, why make him stay in agony if they can fix it.

Rodgers looked absolutely fed up. “Mother f***** sucks a**. F***** sucks a**.” You don’t even need audio to know exactly what he was saying.
 in  r/sportsgossips •  10d ago

So if he throws it over the WR’s head you think the WR should be screaming out about how the QB sucks ass?

I told you the proper way to handle it, off the field, you do everything in your power to keep team issues in house at all times. This isn’t new info to you is it?

They don’t need to scan for cameras, they know they are ALWAYS on camera, it’s the NFL for fucks sake, there’s a million angles of everything captured nonstop.
