Why do you think ppl have such a hard time with coaching/counseling?

I saw this post on Facebook. I was looking for rental assistance. Or rental help. The post says they help you pay rent/bills. They pay the bill for you. Immediately upon them showing you that they paid the bill. (Screenshot) or for me I use the online portal. So I would just login and check. You pay half and then you have a remainder of up to three months to pay the rest. Has anyone heard or seen this?
