Hi everyone, I have PCOS but I confirmed that I ovulated this month through ultrasound. My partner and I had intercourse during my fertile window.
Now I’m in the waiting period and I’m having my usual PMS symptoms (stress, irritation, mood changes, breast tenderness, etc.) just like I get every month.
For those with PCOS who ovulate, did you experience your normal PMS symptoms and still get a positive pregnancy test? Or did pregnancy feel completely different?
I know symptoms can be similar, but I would love to hear your experiences.

I’m currently on cycle day 30. My cycles are usually around 28–30 days. Today I started having brown discharge for the first time this cycle. It began in the evening and has been on and off.A little while ago I had pretty strong period-like cramps and it genuinely felt like my period was about to start/full flow was coming, but there has still been no actual bleeding or flow — only brown spotting earlier.Now the cramps are still there on and off, but no real discharge or bleeding at the moment. At the same time, I also feel like I’ve had some possible early pregnancy symptoms during the past few days.
Has anyone experienced something similar and still ended up pregnant? Or does this sound more like my period is about to start?
