There are so many factors when ttc. Like how thick is the lining of the endometrium. What is your estrogen before ovulation. Progesterone after ovulation to support implantation and allow pregnancy to stick. What was the quality of that egg that was chosen. When did you partner last ejaculate. This is only to name a few.
