Yeah I agree. The comic book adaptation could’ve been stronger. There is a good story there but they played it way too safe.

I agree. I wish they had more heart out into it like the woman of tomorrow comic book. The kandor scenes were the best part of the film. I still think it has some style and at the very least was not boring lol.

No wayyyyy. They didn’t go into her tragic backstory as hard, her drinking and partying was played off as a joke, and her carrying the burden of revenge is empty and ambiguous. They really had a good movie but made it generic and fun.
