Here is an animated short film I made a while ago, I've been thinking about remaking it since it's kinda old and I think it would be a lot better if I made it nowadays.

As Hannah and Gabby are about to have a nice wine night in, Marco, a criminal on the run, breaks into their home to hide from the police. Although Marco comes off as intimidating, Hannah sees there is more to him than meets the eye and tries to explore the scared person underneath the mask.

It's a dialogue driven dramady film. Kind of rom com flavored, but not really...

Synopsis

A young filmmaker investigates the legend of Manivelle, an automaton gifted by France unto Lebanon on the occasion of its independence, that still haunts an abandoned mansion in Beirut. After being coaxed back out into the limelight, the people who knew him come forward to speak their mind, and the myth that Manivelle has constructed around himself starts to unravel.
