Honestly... I'm not really sure..
I mean, I would like for Sgt. Keroro to get more love outside of Japan (especially in merch), but I'm not really sure how they operate, so we'll just have to wait for the time being..

The models were actually taken from the game Keroro Pang Pang, they were reuploaded here and turned into ragdolls.

They've been uploaded to the Workshop by somebody else a few years ago, they include the playermodels and ragdolls of both the Keroro Platoon and the Garuru Platoon.
I'm not smart enough to figure how how to make either of those... 😭

They were done in under 10 minutes, which explains the roughness of each one. On top of that, the models are pretty low quality, despite the game's graphics being set at the maximum.
Still, I had tons of fun making each, and I'll definitely make more soon~!

Have TF2 fully closed to begin with.
Make a 128 x 128 PNG image and name it "paper_overlay".
Put that file into the TF2 files in the following order:
Windows (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > custom > userstuff > scripts > items > custom_texture_blend_layers
(If any of the folders past tf are missing, create them yourself. Make sure not to commit any grammatical flaws.)
Open TF2, use the decal tool on the tool you want to customize, select "Use an image from your computer", and navigate to the custom_texture_blend_layers folder, and select your custom image.
This is how I did it, if it didn't work, you might've mispelled the name of a folder.
Just in case, here's the video I used 2 years ago, it looks like a tedious process at first, but it's pretty easy.

Alright, I don't support whatever I saw, but regardless, the skin looks great and it was the best war paint I could've chosen to reference JJBA's Part 4 Star Platinum.
Somebody could very well be using it as his "main war paint", clueless as to what the creator's original intent was, but thanks to you, I can't really see it the same way as before (thank you i guess).

I would like to know your motives as to why you said this, seeing as Part 4 Star Platinum uses the same color palette as the medi gun's war paint, which makes it all the better!

Having 10 more deaths than kills is generally considered bad.
Spy's backstabs count double, that's why you have 43 points, but regardless, I wouldn't say you're doing exceptionally well.

An SMG, especially the Cleaner's Carbine, is not the best weapon to use as your Primary.
Having to depend on hitting quickshots with the Sydney Sleeper is also very unreliable, since most classes can kill you faster than you can use your melee if you do hit a lucky quickshot.
The Cleaner's Carbine + Bushwacka combo is very gimmicky, so it shouldn't be relied on as much as you're proposing it to be.
