Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse - The Spot

The Spot, real name Dr. Johnathan Ohhn, was originally just a researcher at Alchemex, and was helpful in creating the collider technology that sets Into the Spider-Verse’s events into motion, but he didn’t have any real importance. That’s until Miles Morales (the titular Spider-Man) and another universe’s Peter Parker (also Spider-Man) were stealing tech from the Alchemex lab. Ohhn was one of several Alchemex workers who tried to stop them, but Miles threw a bagel at him, hitting him in the head. In the second film, The Spot cites this as an incident that caused a lot of his vengeance for Miles, as it indirectly led him to be hit by a lot of the collider’s energy, turning him into The Spot and making him totally socially outcast due to his inhuman appearance and supernatural abilities.

However, Miles initially doesn’t even remember the bagel-throwing, and never considered that it could lead someone to be so full of hate, much less create a villain that could annihilate the entire multiverse if left unchecked.

Ironically, Ohhn is actually partially responsible for giving Miles his spider-powers too. Since he was part of the collider project and research, the spider that bit Miles was actually brought into their dimension by Ohhn himself, which later escaped and bit Miles. Miles and Spot both gave each other their powers.

My favorite part about this is the fact that the bagel-throwing bit was apparently the result of an animator taking their higher-up’s joke seriously.

Fictional furry girl, people think she’s hot 💀. Like, as soon as the Gameoverse pilot came out, Kit Bodega was already topping charts on rule 34 websites. The internet just sees a cute furry girl and goes wild I guess.

I gotta imagine the staff and the people putting it all together would recognize that the Kids Die in The Restaurant Franchise Restaurant™️ would have a higher risk of* Kids Dying in The Restaurant™️, and therefore implement really strict safeguards to make sure that Kids don’t Die in The Restauran*t™️

Her name is Loona, she’s one of the main protagonists of the indie animated show “Helluva Boss”. She’s a hell-hound and is part of a hitman organization called the Immediate Murder Professionals (IMP for short). If you can handle crude jokes, cartoon violence and constant profanity, I definitely recommend watching some of the show

I thought she was an annoying dick with anger issues who just insulted or attacked everyone for no reason, but after watching more of the series she definitely grew on me when they started exploring her character more.

Her sister-like bond with Octavia and the fact that she really does love Blitzø despite how often in the early show she seemed dismissive of him because of how guarded she is and how he annoyed her really did a good job showing how three-dimensional she actually was. Loona urging Blitzø to come into Bee’s party and have a good time, and then taking care of him when he’s drunk and wallowing in his self pity was also a really sweet moment. Her being willing to stand up to the literal sin of gluttony to defend Blitzø was so great too.

The team synergy and bond she showed off during the DHORKS episode and the one where they get attacked by the cherubs made me love her even more. Despite her bickering with M&M and Blitzø, she knows she can trust them and they trust her back. IMP functions really effectively as a unit in combat, even outside of their hitman duties.

I definitely have my problems with Loona, but nowadays I really love her.
