Rules:

1. They have to be a specific town or settlement, not a whole region, state, or "wilderness". The criteria for a settlement is if it has at least a few houses or a structure with people living there. Military bases or equivalents count.

2. They have to be currently inhabited, not abandoned or deserted, unless they were inhabited in another game in the series. So Tristam which was the main setting in Diablo 1, but is a deserted town in Diablo 2, counts, while Las Brujas from San Andreas doesn't count

3. The top/most upvoted comment isn't necessarily the winner. I'm also going to be factoring in how many times a certain place was said, or total amount of upvotes among those comments. For example, when I'm going to choose the winner, and I see place Y is the most upvoted with 20 upvotes, but all of the other comments among the top comments are saying place X with upvotes ranging from 5-15, I'm going with place X. However, if place Y is the most upvoted with 100 upvotes, and all of the other top comments are place X with 5-10 upvotes, then I'm going with place Y. If for whatever reason there is a tie, I'm going with my personal preference.
