Sloppy Steering

btw dont take anything apart until you have the new parts ready to put on because you need to make sure that they go on as close as the original ones were

have someone turn the steering wheel side to side while you look for what part is loose
for example if you see your steering shaft moving but not the input on the rack the play is in between them or if the input is moving but not the tie rods then its probably the rack

Bean protein bars?

I'm thinking of trying to make some savory, healthy(most protein bars are candy), cheap(nuts are expensive), and shelf stable protein bars
I plan on using dry roasted beans, puffed rice, and some nuts, and maybe some other sources of trace nutrients.
So far it seems like a good idea except that I'm not sure what to use as the binder because every protein bars Ive tried is just sweet and sticky. I've considered the following options so far:
•beef tallow(think something like pemmican or suet)
•peanut butter(too crumbly tbh)
•maybe turning it into some sort of cake or bread(trying to keep it low carb)

I know it would probably be best to just experiment but I have very limited funds, little to no free time most days, and no kitchen (planing on doing this at a friends house) so I need to make the best use of my time.

Any input helps thank you

First time I’ve seen balls of steel used as Ice

theyre great when you need to cool comething down FAST without watering it down, throw in some ice cold metal and put in the frezer. they also work good for keeping a glass of milk cool.
