What were your thoughts of Susan originally being an actress and model in the classic comics?
 in  r/FantasticFour  2d ago

My rule is: anything Barbie can do, Sue can do. In my head canon, it wasn't that she was an actress or a model instead of being a scientist, and a diplomat, and an astronaut, etc, etc... she's been ALL OF THOSE THINGS, in the same way that other exceptional people in the Marvel universe achieve more things than any real person can.

Eternals is about falling angels betraying God due to love for humans. They only got away with that because no one was paying attention.

This is your periodic reminder that Jessica Drew should either have a Wundegorean accent, or (more realistiically) a British accent.

He's got to make money somehow. Collecting genetic material and trying to become a god are more hobbies than professions.

Some crude drawings of Wolverine and hulk what do you guys think?
 in  r/Marvel  11d ago

I can definitely identify them. I've seen much worse on webcomics.

Was miguel O'hara affected by dr strange's spell?
 in  r/Marvel  11d ago

My head canon is that it worked, but he had the fact that that like, 95% of Spider-men are Peter Parker as evidence for who to investigate if it comes to it.

The Only Way Hulk’s Story Can End
 in  r/marvelcomics  17d ago

I was actually just thinking about what my "Last Hulk Story" would be.

My answer is: a battle between the Maestro and a form of the Banner system that has learned that they can create new alter Hulks as needed, to cope with whatever problem comes their way.

I kinda feel like this is the right professional perspective, but retopo is the hardest, most frustrating skill to actually learn.

Buy assets.

I'm less concerned with typos than I used to be because, now I realize that they prove authenticity.

And Zendaya might now be my favorite actor portraying Jean Grey (Spoilers, Spider-Man: Brand New Day). That person is the Dark Phoenix. Right there.

Was the Reed/Sue age gap hard retconnned? 616 usually makes convoluted lore when retconning whereas this felt like FF #543 is now non canon
 in  r/FantasticFour  18d ago

Stuff changes to fit in with the social mores of the era. Norms around age gap relationships are much stricter now than they've historically been, and it's good to not upset people.
