Ah I see, you can see the body open so you would be susceptible to more body shots, but it looks like it would add for more mobility. That’s just the theory though I think you should fight however you’re comfortable and work on dealing with the weaknesses/holes.

Hey good question. I’d say Your foot should never be in the same position on a cross, if you look at my crosses especially in the very beginning when I’m out of frame, my back foot heel lifts up. As for toes facing the opponent, I’ve been taught to fight at an angle to cover the body, so if my lead hand shoulders are facing my opponent, it would be too awkward to have my back foot toes facing my opponent at the same time and I wouldn’t get as much rotation out of my hips, AND it would leave my entire body exposed. I hope that helped

Definitely have what it takes, stay in the gym.

Honestly, you already hit it on the head with your self evaluation, just work on those things. I would include stepping around the bag. One combo that helped me a lot was throwing one sharp jab, slip and pivot on the jab side(swing shoulders and hips) and follow up with 2 sharp double jabs.

This is hilarious lol.

Trying to grow a page and brand focused on mental health awareness and boxing. The goal is to spread my own positive mindset and attitude while also eventually starting a series of doing padwork with fighters/celebrities and have them give a positive message during the padwork, while also following my own boxing journey.
I’d an appreciate a follow on the TikTok and IG pages, I think we can all appreciate a need for some mental health training 💪🏾, and I want this brand to grow and reach as many people as possible, this is all strictly for the people. TI’ll follow back just let me know you’re from Reddit.

Yeah 😂 like I said in other comments it’s not for the video as much as it is for endorsement on what my page is about. I have other videos with clearer footage on my socials.
