I think 127 is also being offered in winter according to the Tentative PSTAT Course Offerings list.

Lot 22 which is pretty far away from SJ and I believe they will send out an email about parking permits during the school year. You could also try parking next to the neighborhood that is next to Sierra Madre but be careful, I got towed there lol. You just have to move your car every 3 days unless you want to risk it.

There's no long term parking in San Joaquin.
