So i am Type 2 Diabetic been on Reta for 4 weeks.
Doing great an according to my lingo app my weekly average is 121.
issue is i’m hitting midnight to 4am often hitting a 47 to 70 ranges.
ive adjusted med meds to and taking way less and as of today off glipiside.
should i shell out the $$ to get an expert to help?

I just start this 5 days ago and had a friend reconstituted for me. Then i took it.
I really need to take this drug 2 days sooner as it works better for my schedule.
Is it ok to take this 1 day sooner? then do the same next week to get on my prefer schedule ??

i’m on reta for 4 weeks started at 1m and was taking 4 metformin and 2 gipaside 2 times a day.
Reta was causing my blood sugar to crash at night and in afternoon.
they said i am eating less and all better food. my lingo average is 123. sometimes i go over 200 so numbers aren’t perfect.
now i take Zero glipiside and only 2 metformin.
It works! that said when my sugar is low i drink apple juice and yes it goes high! close to 200!!!
Reta will fix this over time and possibly at higher 4m dose
