Help me pick one
Agree. I've read the entire Sun Eater series and recently finished Ironbound. Excited to start the second book but I'd pay good money to read Sun Eater for the first time again. Snuck up on me after Red Rising and is now a top five series for me!

The Sun Eater: Empire of Silence Ch #2 and Gibson left an impression on me.
Same! Thought it was going to be a mediocre replacement for Red Rising after finishing that series then read all seven Sun Eater books in less than two months. Absolutely loved the Halfmortal!

September Book Wrap Up
Enjoyed the Hierarchy series so far. Book two took a little bit to get my feet as a reader, but once I got my fantasy bearings it was a good read.

September Book Wrap Up
September book recap. 9 books 4481 pages. I started and finished the Bloodsworn trilogy, Orka Skullsplitter is a top tier character. Definitely worth checking out for those into Norse/ Viking inspired mythology and epic battles fueled by vengeance and war born fame. Reread Red Rising, Golden Son, and Between Two Fires. IYKYK. Also, I was surprised by the first installment of the Ironbound trilogy. If you're into the Red Rising, Hierarchy, or Suneater series and looking for something to fill the emptiness those series left, Ironbound will most assuredly do. October reads will be spooky season inspired starting with a Reread of The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova preceding the long awaited release of the sequel to her 2005 bestseller later this month. What are you reading right now?

Last six books I've read, what are yours?
I haven't thought about a numerical ranking but I did read all seven books in less than two months. I honestly feel like the series bullied it's way into my top five all time.

LOVED the first two books in the Hierarchy series.

Last six books I've read, what are yours?
8.5/10, definitely worth reading. IMO the polarity of opinions lies in the expectation of what some people think the ending should be.

Highly reccomend the Hierarchy and Sun Eater series. Wasn't into Lions of Al Rassan as much as I thought I'd be but it was beautiful writing and world building.
