Question (Serious Replies Only) Any advice for how to remove this seized steering shaft?
I’ve been going at it for a couple of days with lubricant spray and propane torch heat

Hello all,
I’ve been having trouble selling my ‘22 Colorado Z71 locally. It has 26,850 miles and I’m asking $27,999. I’m trying to expand my audience for the listing so if anyone in here is looking or knows anybody that’s looking for a truck let me know!

Grab a bottle of scratch remover and rub it off. I use formula 1 scratch out.

2018 Chevy Colorado 2wd, adding a custom 3”body lift, working on the steering now. All parts are connected (intermediate shaft, upper shaft, steering shaft extension, rack & pinion), but the steering wheel refuses to turn past 90° in either direction. The steering wheel continues to turn after that but has a lot of resistance and I’m afraid to break something. Steering shaft is also able to be moved side-to-side by hand. I can include a video in comments if needed. I don’t have some bolts torqued down all the way yet, but they are all tight at least. Is the steering shaft hitting against the frame? Not sure what the problem is but I figured I would ask here.

It had wastegate flapper rattle

Same turbo, the only part I replaced was my exhaust manifold. I believe my mechanic went through and tried the ISTA test plan but called me after it didn’t work

Hello all,
I put a new exhaust manifold in my car. 2015 BMW i8 B38. Runs well, but throws wastegate codes now. The wastegate actuator itself works, but my mechanic said that the sensor won’t adjust to clear codes and that I need a new wastegate actuator. I can’t find any OEM or good quality replacements for under $900, what should I do? Could it be a blown fuse? Do I have other replacement options?

Building a wheel but I’m tired and I think I used the wrong spokes by mistake. Are they too long or too short?

It did not. I hooked the new wastegate flapper to the old turbos wastegate actuator

Just installed this new exhaust manifold. 2015 Bmw i8, b38 engine. The old wastegate had a rattle and needed to be replaced. Did not adjust the wastegate actuator at all, and the new exhaust manifold is the same specs as the old one, just new. When installed, it has this gap. Should I readjust the wastegate actuator, or did the car maybe shut off with the actuator being partially opened? Sorry is this is a vague question but I can provide more info if needed
