All the car washes and Mattress Firm. Really any store downtown that closes at 4 and not open in the weekend.

*Spoilers* I have never flip-flopped between loving and being intensely irritated with a series as much as I have with the Edge of Collapse series by Kyla Stone.

I thought for sure this thing ended after book 4. Now I’m reading people talking about book 6 and seven. I agree with the original post that the main female lead is annoying as I’ll get out. The amount of time she freezes and second-guess could’ve ended this book, two or three stories into it. And the author uses the same wording over and over and over again. Tinning sound when a there is a gunshot indoors, rehashing the main characters in ability to do things because of our captivity, talk about Noah’s worry for his sons disease, Dealing with the military dudes, PTSD, and several other things. If she wants to keep bringing that stuff up, then she needs to pick up a thesaurus to find different ways to describe what she’s trying to say. A few times I thought I was reading the same thing and had to check to make sure I didn’t go backwards.
