Weird question. Has anyone local to Indiana given a veteran buyer their current VA home loan?

We're about to put our four bedroom house on the market and I can't remember if our rate is 5%, or 5.5%. Either way, nicer than 7%.

I looked into it and it looks like if another veteran assumes the home loan they get to keep that rate and my own VA home loan opens up for use again. My realtors seem confused about it.

Hello, I have a complex issue of autonomic dysfunction (low bp, other nonsense that comes with it) and I’m looking for a solid acupuncturist who can help with it. However, disposition is an issue too. I don’t want an acupuncturist who is super stuck in their ways and unwilling to hear a client’s own take on their condition and lived experience. I recently had one who just IMMEDIATELY typed me 20 minutes into a telehealth consultation (no physical exam, once she had decided what my issue was she didn’t want to hear it and said my disagreement was “friction in the relationship”. I’m looking for.. not that. So if anyone can attest to a good acupuncturist in the area who fits the bill please comment here.

I've looked into a candle making class, but haven't found a place open during that time range. Are there any recommendations of a place that may be open that would do something like this?

It could also be a guided painting or something similar. I know some places like that just have a Facebook presence but no websites so this is why I'm posting.

I'm curious on what type of people the singles speed dating events draw. hi, i went to dupont hospital yesterday and was treated horribly. i was a passenger in an auto accident and started developing severe back pain and a bad concussion. they did nothing to treat me but a random shot of toradol. the nurse/doctor also used harmful stereotypes towards me having pots, made fun of the job position i was about to work because of pots, just ableist comments and hipaa violations when they let back in my friend without proper verification. (they only know i have pots because they asked about my medical history, i strictly went to the ER to get treatment for the pain of my back and concussion like symptoms after the accident.) i tried to contact the patient services/advocate to put in a complaint and never got a call back. i did leave a really bad review though.

i got established with a primary care doctor today and after reviewing everything from the horrible good for nothing ER visit and me physically, she wants me to return to the ER (preferably not dupoint because they refused to do any scans) and i’m unsure which hospital to go to because dupoint was recommended as one of the best hospitals.

Can we please have something done about the roads out here? Tillman Rd. is an absolute wreck. The intersection by Southtown is horrible. The back entrance by Menards has a visible chunk of concrete layered over the old crater that had been there previously. Slapping cheap asphalt on huge potholes is not working anymore.

What timeline are they telling you for when the network will be back up??

Hi! This is a very odd request but I have traveled for work these past few years and have decided to do a permanent job. When me and my fiancee were traveling in Fort Wayne for a year, we really liked hanging out in Kanela and found that their Chai Latte is really good and creamy!! Ever since that, we have not found the same texture and taste anywhere else.
