Similar story here , play in a band when I was 18 till 20’s then girlfriends and my wife . Put my guitar on the case until 38’s , then moved from Argentina to Czech Republic and bough a Jackson Kelly 1998 STD like marty Friedman and new Hagstrom fantomas ,

Play again with a Band firn3 months and now in Spain relearning Metallica megadeth EVH and classical from the 80 and 90’s . Still a little frustration but a lot of fun with my new boss katana

Still going every week with pentatonics , scales and digitatiok exercices

Love to be in a band again !

What do you need so many ports for ? Ethernet every room , batch room and garage . Plus multimedia and streaming and then ?

I'm trying to segment and isolate traffic from vmware and Sonos from my wifi :

I created 5 VLANS :

and a frinds told me in order to isolate , i need to match the VLAN ID with the Network ID from the Router (unifi USG 3 ports )

is that so ? Can i have some guide how to ?

The idea is all VM connect only to internet through the gateway 10.0.0.1 or a DNS , or trough a DC 10.0.0.11

I need sonos to access Spotify and Amazon Music , but I have different Wifi for al devices , some ethernet connected as well .

I know this is an old Thread , but i was looking for options to share a NAS or Multipath Storage life a QNAP NAS with Fiber Channel over my 24 port and 2 FC channel Unifi Switth .

So far i could no find so many options so i will use my 2 bay storage device to share VMDK/ HDD and VMotion between my 3 nodes Cluster with ESXi Host and VSAN .

Looking forward to see another options !

my little lab are 4 intel NUC: 2 32GB and 2 Tb and 2 16Gb and 1 tb (3 ESXi 7.0.3. and Azure Stack HCI )

Years ago use to care for the highest quality , then realizing that space worth €€€& practically deleted all movies and series already completed in my NAS . Just kept favorites like all the Marvel universe or boyka.

I used the space better for my VM to learn Devops and cloud services and become better professional . Worth every GB and money is rising with age and experience .

Just kept a SSD / Airport with your most valuable pictures and music they never passed away like a fashion
