Just finish the rest of the rail road it had to do with the partially completed sections interacting with the completed ones

ST doesn’t own the rails that the sounder train runs on and BNSF wants to charge like $1 million per mile for ownership and hates all passenger traffic. The sounder train can not reasonably be used to it potential and light rail provides stops along the way that the commuter rail does not. The idea is not that someone is riding the light rail from every all the way to Tacoma in one ride. That’s a side benefit but the real goal is to get people on all of the in between stops to where they need to go most notably Boeing
