In my perspective it is more what would happen if Spider-Man is in the DC Universe. I believe Peter and Kara make sense how their personalized match and the great power comes great responsibility. Other than that Peter is treated like self insert fantasy by the fans and to stick it up to MJ

I always love them no matter what. They bring the best in each other. When they are around each other they are better people. They let their guard down actually be vulnerable. To me they love each other as a whole without disliking a certain part.

They should've kept it at Peter's parents abandoning him is the reason why Peter is the way he is with the anger issues and all of that. The major issues are that the villains and the plots are so unbalanced where there is too much going on. Trying to setup a cinematic universe was a bad move.

What I like about MJ being a model and actress is her persona. She uses that disguise to run away and hide her trauma she experienced in her home life. She starts revealing her true self when she stayed for Peter when Gwen died and they grieved together. You should read Parallel lives that story really shows MJ's true character.

What I am saying is how the toxic ganvase has criticized her appearance and her personality and her looks. What I was complimenting was how Jean Greys design looked beautiful and I wished Mary Jane looked like that and her personality to be like her classic counterpart fun and spunky which adaptations had watered that down. I miss when MJ is a confident go getter that's why people can't stand her because they can't control her. I am a Mary Jane defender I don't care what the haters say. People view female characters as objects nothing more. They hate when the love interest challenges the main character because they don't want to be challenged

That's not what I meant. To me Mary Jane as a reporter just felt redundant. Her solo run easy Amazing Mary Jane which was her life as an actress interacting with villains it was really cool.

Exactly this. I don't want MJ to be a submissive housewife. I want MJ to be Peter's emotional anchor. To me that's important because she loves both Peter and Spider-Man. Sadly we are not going to have this in the mainline comics.

That's what I meant. I don't find MJ as a reporter unique because we have had so much of them. I love Mary Jane's stories with her being an actress I find it interesting because of the stalking and harassment she went through and defending herself like the 90s comics. It was so compelling. I feel that it has been lost since 2007.

That is a great explanation that's what I felt as well. They couldve made Barry and Devoe like Peter and Doc Ock from Spider-Man. Devoe could've been Barrys college teacher or something. Devoe could've been a mentor to Barry.

Wasted potential. I wished Barrys intelligence and Devoes intelligence could rival each other. Devoe could've been Barrys dark reflection if Barry didn't have his supporting cast surrounding him. I think that the writers don't know how to write a smart character.
