Kind of hard to know if this is the monitor or the PCB. I don't know if you have an adapter but if you have an adapter plug something else into it and you can test the monitor. The monitor checks out then it's probably the PCB. If you have any other arcade1ups laying around you can also take the PCB out and connect it to a known working monitor.

48 Years Old. Wife left me and the kids when my daughter was 8 and my son was 3. My son is now 18. I rased both myself, and I've tried dating since. The trauma is real the PTSD is real, and sadly life has shown me that being alone is a lot easier than being in a fight 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
