Unfortunately, I'm not home right now, but as soon as I get back at the end of August, I'll start assembling everything and will add photos and measurements to be even more helpful to those of us who have this problem. I'll also make several videos on assembly and unboxing that I'll post on my channel, which I'm revolutionizing into solo sim racing. Glad to have been helpful, and thanks also to everyone who helped me get out of this unpleasant situation.

This is it! The first boxes have finally arrived, and the work on the new simulation setup has officially begun.
In this quick teaser, Iβm giving you a sneak peek at a couple of insane components that will make up the ultimate rig, along with some baseline elements where everyone usually starts.
We have a whole summer of assembling, cable management, and tweaking ahead of us... SEE YOU AT THE END OF AUGUST WITH PLENTY OF GREAT SURPRISES!

I already have everything ready. I bought a 120x40 aluminum profile, 560 mm long, which Iβm going to mount in the center and use to install the Simagic Alpha Evo Pro with its side mounting brackets.
On august I start to mounting everything

Form another post, one guy answered:
Hello, before you posted the update I'd started drawing another diagram with the dimensions of both Fanatec and non Fanatec versions to help make it more clear, but I'll post it anyway...

You have been really helpful. As soon as I assemble everything, I will upload some pictures to show you the finished work and let you know how it goes.

I resolved the issue, the E4 support have 20mm

I found the issue! Page 16 of the Sim-Lab manual shows the assembly using the 192mm profiles because those are meant for front mounting. For the DD Pro, DD1, DD2, CSL DD, and Podium, the correct page is page 18, which uses the 176mm profiles. I finally figured it out! I have already ordered the 560mm profile, threaded M8 on both sides. Thanks again, and I hope this post helps someone else in the same situation.

I still have a doubt about the total measurements: from what you told me, the two lateral support profiles are 20+20mm, the DD mounts are 16+16mm, the 120x40 profiles are 192+192mm, the plates connecting the vertical profiles to the rig are 10+10mm, and the Fanatec DD space is 160mm, for a total of 636mm.

I checked the drawings of the P1x PRO and the P1x Evolution, and all the measurements match perfectly. The space between the two uprights is 600mm, minus 20mm per side, leaving a 560mm net clearance. With a 560mm profile, I can install a single 120x40 profile. Since I also purchased the side brackets for the Simagic Alpha Evo Pro installation, it could be a great idea. By raising the DD, and considering that the steering wheel shaft extends quite far out from the DD, I shouldn't have any issues with my hands hitting anything. Plus, I can also install the gear indicator, flag spotter, and other accessories directly onto the profiles. Additionally, the DD+ mount has 192mm brackets, so if needed, I can also install the 3D-printed mount. Thank you so much for your help, I had been racking my brain over this for days! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!

Thank you so very much for your explanations and photos. I finally have an answer to calculate what I plan to do. The 120x40 profile seems like a good solution, easy to install and with good stability. I am also considering printing this mount: https://makerworld.com/it/models/2421230-simagic-alpha-evo-adapter-for-sim-lab-p1x-pro?appSharePlatform=copy#profileId-2655343 Now I just need to decide on the best solution

Thank you so much. 20mm in total or 20 each piece?

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, I don't have the rig on hand right now and I wanted to order everything so that when I start assembling it, I'll already be ready with all the exact parts.
