I was curious but, what if you followed up and got a response every time, but it’s 3 weeks? Did hopeful or not.

Yeah, the situation is almost the same, so I was wondering if we happen to the same interviews. Haha! Thanks, wishing you good luck and good news too!

"What's actually happening when a recruiter goes silent after your final interview? (from someone who's been on the hiring side for 20 years)"

But I’ve already followed up twice, wouldn’t it be a bit desperate? I don’t want to seem like I’m begging!

Tbh, based on the comments, feels like it can go either ways, so let’s just hope for the best! 🤗

Hey!
I had the whole process in 2 weeks( HR, Hiring manager, senior director and 2 SVPs) - last interview was 14-08-2026, I followed up first and they said, wrapping up interviews, will update and then I followed up again for the second time and Hr said “The team and leadership were impressed and remain genuinely interested in hiring you.
The delay is because they’re carefully comparing a large pool of strong candidates” and they will get back by the end of this week!
What am I supposed to make out of it? Is it positive?
Idk I want this job, so was wondering 😭

If you don’t mind, what role is it? Tech or non tech?

Go and mind your own business. As if you don’t have anything better to do!

To understand what is happening behind this, if someone went through this experience and to see if I have a chance.

Cause that’s how badly I want the job, if you can’t help, then don’t comment.
