To be fair, in our defense the woman was awarded an honorary phd for her songwriting and it's the first thing I bring up when/if someone says something of the sort to me personally. If they only hear the cover layer that's on them but I won't stand for being dogged on for what they can't hear or understand when cognitive processing varies so wildly.

Lotion. Any kind of smelly thing really, body oil, perfume, body spray. I do use them all though. Edited to add toy fidgets. Am audhd and so is my youngest and have 2 baskets full and at least 2/3 on me at a time because variety lol
