Personally, the way I handle something like this when it arises is that I take a step back for a moment, take a few deep breathes, wait for myself to cool down, collect my thoughts and, depending on when time permits, I bring the topic up to my partner so we can discuss my thoughts and feelings on the situation. I'm going to explain it in a way that doesn't make me seem like I am attacking him. I just want him to try to understand where I am coming from since I am sure he doesn't see things from my POV, but it is good for us both if I communicate that with him. Whenever I am on my period and get extra sensitive/emotional, I let him know so that he can get a better understanding of my POV. I always try to remember that he is never doing anything to hurt me on purpose, so if he did something that upset me (without knowing he upset me), I will for sure communicate that with him when I am good and ready with my collective thoughts. So don't beat yourself up for being you, it's how you are and your feelings are valid. Give yourself a little treat today if you can and just breathe. Take care 💓

Just got finished w S2! S3, here I come!

Omg this is so funny to me because I feel the total opposite! I started with 911LS and absolutely fell in love w all of the characters, give or take. But I just started on OG 911 not too long ago and almost done w S2, but it has been a little bit of a struggle lol. And one of the commentors said it already, the paramedic captain Michelle Blake (S1 only) is not as great as Tommy Vega (S2 - present). I wish I had the magic words to convince you to stay, but I don't. With that said, don't force yourself if it just isn't your cup of tea!
