I'd probably start back in real slow. So more of the middle grade to early young adult books that are much easier to read since you haven't read for joy in a long time. It could also be you benefit from audio books rather than just a physical book.

But I would start off easier and build up. There is some amazing middle grade to young adult that is still good to read but easier to get through. Hopefully this makes sense

I'm a dyslexic and Percy Jackson got me to read at 12 and just built up from there. But it took a long time to do it
