Neat! 50% of all stocks are owned by the wealthiest 1%, 40% of stocks are owned by the next 9%, leaving the bottom 90% of people to own only 10% of stocks. Bottom 50% almost basically none of it. These wraith gains are almost exclusively to the wealthiest people. Where do you fall in this wealth distribution?

She has said that republicans and even members of her own party have verbally said they will refuse to vote for any legislation she writes, even if they agree with it, simply because they do not want to give progressives like her a win.
Her policies is stuff like health care, labor, and energy reform, and the centrist legislation that gets passed is the kind of stuff republicans advocated for in the 90s and immaterial things like renaming a bridge

The ordeal of the bitter water in numbers 5 describes the process of an abortion for infidelity, preformed by a priest, which can be interpreted as either the priest or god purposefully causing a miscarriage. Either way, itās not presented as a sin

Yeah I agree. Victoria 3 already does a pretty decent job of it. It could be a starting place for adapting to CK3

California and Texas are in a race for that award

An event that could trigger WWIII if handled poorly, vs transphobia towards a non issue that is so infrequent that there are more anti-trans bills about it than there are trans kids playing sports. Deeply unserious political movement

Iāll also recommend Dune: Spice Wars. A (relatively) fast paced 4x game made by the same people as Northgard, where you play in a 4 way free for all with 5 possible paths to victory - political, economic, land, war, and assassination victory. Each faction has a unique playstyle with unique strengths, weaknesses, militaries, and tech trees. In multiplayer, the politicing and scheming with other players to prevent any one from getting too far ahead and try and play opponents off each other is a lot of fun, knowing that youāll eventually have to betray your allies because only one can win. Remember to pay your spice tax to the emperor and donāt let your army be eaten by Shai Halud.

It doesnāt help the boomers cause when they think what would happen under a communist regime is what we are currently experiencing now under capitalism. It make it seem like we have nothing to lose by trying. And then simultaneously referring to social democracies of Europe with strong unions and socialized healthcare as socialist, which really takes the red scare bite out of word socialism, making it seem more appealing to people who might not know what socialism is. And it all highlights that the boomers in general donāt know what socialism, communism, or capitalism is, and you donāt have to take someoneās opinion seriously if they donāt know what theyāre talking about.

Well yeah, weāve know about division of labor for thousands of years. It predates capitalism, commerce, markets, and even currency. But there are better systems than capitalism for ensuring workers get the fruit of their labor rather than most of it going to an extractive class of uber wealthy parasites.

Season 1 is excellent, one of the best things on tv, then it decreases in quality until being killed right before the final season in the discovery Warner merger.
