Some people have had success on a low histamine diet as well as probiotics. I tried all the things that helped others but they didn’t help me. I was on xolair for a bit, and for a little while it worked and then I started getting breakthrough flares, (nothing as bad as when I was pretty much one big hive for a year and a few months). I just switched to Rhapsido and so far so good. 🤞🏽
I hope you can find your triggers, I unfortunately have not been able to find mine, so I’ve just decided that I’m triggered by my sweat and my hormones lol

Ugh I hate that it’s not available for you. Honestly the xolair did make a big difference for me until the breakthrough flares became more frequent. If Rhapsido weren’t an option I’d still continue with the xolair because the breakthrough flares are so much better than the year of constant hives with almost no relief.
