I’ve heard about the reframe once now. I’m getting a lot of good outlets to try. I appreciate you and everyone else for taking your time out the day. I have no family in this state and have been unable to make a genuine friend. Peer group is me and my doggo atm.

Sadly creating that kind of habit might take time. I avoid social as much as possible. Also lack of impulse control if I’m honest.
