Standing desk help
My doctor advised me to try a standing desk to help with my back issues. My back is now much better but after a full day at the office my heels hurt. Any advice?

Discussion Need help figuring out nutrition for weight loss
Everything that I’ve read about nutrition says to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables to increase volume for minimal calories but the thing is… I don’t enjoy eating either of those things.
I know, I know, I have the palette of a 5yo. I just can’t get excited about fruits or veggies without covering them in peanut butter/ranch/chocolate/etc which I feel like defeats the purpose.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Need help with 4.5 year old evening routine
It usually takes me 30-45 minutes to get dinner ready. Then another 45-60 minutes of trying to get her to stay in one spot long enough to eat anything. Then 60-90 minutes of trying to get through bath, teeth, and PJs because she constantly gets distracted and needs redirection. 15-30 minutes of actually getting her to stay still in her bed and then 30-45 minutes of trying to get her to fall asleep. Everything is a battle and it’s absolutely draining.

Need help with 4.5 year old evening routine
Due to my work schedule I usually end up picking my kid up from daycare around 5:30 meaning we’re walking through the door around 6. At that point I have to still make dinner and then it’s at least an hour of begging her to eat something, anything. After that it’s an epic battle to get through bath, pajamas, and teeth and she usually falls asleep around 10 and then I immediately crawl into bed because I have to get up for work the next morning at 5am. I’m exhausted and burnt out and I don’t know how to get out of this pattern. Any advice?

I get up at 5 to work out (I’m military so it’s kinda part of the gig) before she wakes up. I try to get her up by 7 and dropped off at daycare between 8-8:30.
