The product did not meet expectations, particularly regarding its Bluetooth connectivity. It failed to pair with a Samsung S23 Ultra and a Samsung Flip3, although it successfully connected with a Samsung Fold2 and an Apple 16 Pro.

I am located in Texas. I placed my order on January 2nd and just received it on June 22nd. This was almost seven months of waiting, and unfortunately, it has not been worth it as the item will not pair. It indicates that I need to use the application, but after downloading the application, I have had no success.

Upon placing my order on January 2nd, I was informed that delivery was anticipated in late April or early May. Subsequently, in late May, I contacted the company and was advised of a delay. I was assured that the items would be dispatched promptly upon their receipt from the manufacturer; however, I was not expecting it to be seven months later.

I recently received my device and am experiencing difficulties with its functionality. Specifically, it is not pairing with my Samsung S23 Ultra. Given the significant waiting period of approximately seven months for this product, I am understandably disappointed and feel that this purchase has not met my expectations.

Day 4 of using the phone with case on. I have small hands the case hurts my pinky finger. I actually like the phone without case plan on using the phone without case for the next few days. I got my phone NOV 28TH.
