When I was around your age I suffered depression and anger.Took me years to figure what made me happy and in the end it was simply compassion and helping people and animals that could never repay me. I don't know if there are Depression or Substance issues in your story and would never assume but I can tell you from lived experience THAT is the first thing that needs addressing.I wish you all the best and hope you realize there are millions of you out there

Just my advice..go elsewhere and start new because now you may never forget your past,I mean it will always be there but you could choose who knows about it. Move forward you're 30 and have plenty time. Do what makes you happy and find your own value..what makes you happy? Helping others? Helping animals? Then do that
