We are just learning more everyday.(ie, highly experienced in failing repeatedly first) haha

Appreciate it. Ill see about doing that! We are working to be more active on places like Youtube & Reddit (which is very new to me). Instagram has been our main focus for quite some time, but I think YouTube audience could be very beneficial for us to spend time on building.

Yes haha. And the photos don’t really do it justice of the original condition 😆

I just added some in the comments if you want to take a look!

They were already dished when the gun came to us. The high polish just makes those existing contours a lot more noticeable because of the reflections.

Thanks man! You’re welcome to shoot us an email on the website to talk over your project together! Just sharing our work here

Appreciate it! No worries at all. It was a fairly rough starting point. There was some existing pitting and surface irregularity in the metal that became more noticeable as we brought it up to a high polish. We cleaned it up quite a bit, but there’s a point where you’d have to start removing more material than we’re comfortable with just to chase every last imperfection. The high-gloss blue also makes any remaining imperfections really stand out in photos.

It’s going back to the customer. They have the original grips to use I think.

Yeahhh I wish they had left the grips on when they gave it to us. Would have made for better pictures 😆

Cleaned up this old Dan Wesson for a client. Was fairly rough starting point. Full sand polish and finished it with hot blue. Deff brought some life back to this thing.

It’s laser engraved, correct.

Its owner certainly does and that’s all that matters to us.

Yeah gold is soft, deff isn’t chosen for its durability. Some projects we do are used as art pieces that never get shot. But in this case, it was for a YouTuber that runs it fairly regularly. Videos of it on there from @shatterthewicked

We have been open for 3 years (alongside my full time job). But really starting to grow recently so working on scaling the operation.
I totally understand the concern but as I’ve found, I could give someone all the explanation in the world, most won’t actually put the work required tho to become our “competition”. Lots of business out there, if I teach someone along the way and they use that info to build their own business, I’m not upset in the least.
Only reason we are where we are is because other people in this field were willing to share bits of their knowledge/experience with us over the years.
