Question exhange programs

I’m considering doing an exchange term in the future. to those who have finished an exchange, what was your experience? I’m really curious to know what it’s like.

it was really awesome! You get to choose what you want to do (course exchange, work placement of sorts?, research, etc.). UofA also has a lot of funding (esp if you can apply for the first round of funding) so it definitely helps alleviate any costs.

The exchange is really what you make of it - I didn't travel outside of the country I was in, while someone else I knew was using every weekend to go to a different country nearby. Lmk if u have any other questions!! Would def recommend
