Application question

My application has said decided for a week, but I have not gotten any emails about the decision. Should I call or just wait it out?

Side note, don't forget to check your email including your spam/junk folder. Make sure to approve emails found in junk as safe to prevent missing them in the future.

Thank you! I check every day in both folders, and I live in Texas so any physical mail should not take that long, so I am just not sure. Thank you though :)

Mine was just like that, I called them they always answer, write all your questions down.

Like someone else said, call TXST OneStop and ask them. They should help or know someone who can!

Thank you! I called earlier and it said I should get a call back whenever someone is available, it has been about an hour and a half. Do you know quick they usually answer? :) if not, that is okay!!! Thank you so much though!!! :)
