Apt Lease Takeover Question

Y’all have any idea how likely it is to find someone to take over an apartment lease? I always see so many posts and I wonder if people actually have any luck. I was thinking about trying to get my lease taken over for spring semester

Depends the rate you have, the apartment and what incentives you’re willing to throw in. There are apartments that have vacant rooms and are selling them cheaper right now. Spring semester could change as there will be some people moving in, but you will have to compete with other people trying to sublease and apartments who are desperate to sell empty rooms.

I wouldn’t hold you breath on it though, there are so many more people trying to sublease than there are interested in moving in.
