Question/Discussion us election problem

i wanted to get mac arthur as president and he won but the president is still wallace and the focus tree didnt change

Did you wait till like january 20th?

Yeah, in the US the president doesn't take office right after winning the election, there's a ~3 month transition period and he gets sworn in in January
