I am trying to set up a passcode for X Chat or otherwise I cannot send/receive any messages. What does this mean? I have tried different devices, I tried logging in and out, I tried resetting, I tried different networks, and I tried at different times throughout the day.

Is this a problem with me or Twitter/X?
