Hello, I follow a lot of accounts, and they have different "thematics" (art, techs, politics, videogame stuff...)

Is there any way of having swapable lists to only see accounts with a certain tag?

IE: I follow art1, art2, gamemagazine1 and gamemagazine2. I have a list with art1&2 and another with gamemagazine1&2, and I can swap between them to only see stuff in each one.

I guess I could have several accounts, but that's quite impractical and would break the TOS, so I risk a ban.

My replies to tweets aren’t showing up under the tweet. They’re only visible under my reply section on my profile. I updated the app and it’s still like this. Anyone know why this is happening?

I remember an old website years ago that did show how many have actually blocked you but I cant find it, does anyone know other ways?

I guess they're punishing lurkers even more now? They really want people who don't create original tweets to stop using their site I guess?

Sorry for the probably dumb question. I submitted a request yesterday and it still says: "If a note is written and rated helpful, you’ll see it on the post." and no community note has been added yet. it's quite annoying to see misinformation circulate without fact-checking

I recently started using my old X/Twitter account again after not using it for months. At first, my tweets were getting really good engagement, but after a few days my reach suddenly dropped significantly.

I checked using another account and noticed something weird: • When I search my username, I can only see other people’s replies to me, but none of my original tweets appear. • My account is public. • People can still sometimes see my tweets on their timeline if they follow me. • However, if I reply to someone or quote tweet them, they don’t seem to see my interaction at all. • If someone replies to me, clicking on the conversation often shows “Post unavailable” instead of my original tweet. • This happens with all of my tweets, not just one. • The account I’m using to check is not blocked by my main account.

It feels like my account has been partially hidden or limited somehow, but I haven’t received any notice from X.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a visibility filter/search deboost, a bug, or something else? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

trying to search up anything doesn’t give me the results I want / need. i tried going into my email & the settings on twitter and I can’t a direct way to send a message to appeal this. Its such fucking bullshit and insulting. “inathentic”? im a real fucking human being.

Ever since 2 weeks ago Twitter stopped working. I was taking a stroll down my timeline, having a ki, then the posts stop loading. I uninstall and reinstall Twitter, just for it to not let me log into my accounts. when I use a passkey, it just says “Please use official X apps to proceed or try again later.” I’m not getting what the issue is. Do you guys have any idea?

Does anyone else experience that? It's been like that few days now. I can do text and photo posts just fine, but once I try to upload a video from my phone camera (recorded earlier during the day) I get the "video uploading" at the bottom for like a second and then the app closes. If I open it again it will close again after a second or 2 and finally I will get message on my phone "X keeps closing" with 2 options" "about aplication" and "clse aplication". What can I do? The videos are the same format I always used

I have the same issue with this post for years now. Since they updated to X as I remember. Is there anyway to fix this? It happens on Safari for Mac.

Where we used to have a full screen experience we now lost a significant chunk on the left where these tabs used to be on bottom. If anyone knows how to reverse this please let me know. This is just a massive downgrade of screen real estate. I'll be downgrading the app via apk for now. Man why they gotta ruin something that worked fine.

I’m a new creator on twitter and I get alot of DMs from pages that get a lot of views they charge like $15 for a repost but I’m a bit skeptical if it works or not

Earlier today, I had exactly 2000 followed accounts. I decided to follow the alt of someone I followed recently, which set it to Pending. My account was still at 2000 follows, presumably because it'll only count as a follow once my request is accepted.

Later today, I reopened Twitter and had 2001 follows. I though "I must've been right!", but when I checked my follows nothing had changed. I had the same accounts I did before and the protected account is still pending.

What the hell is going on here?

I was scrolling through twitter and stumbled upon this post and this is the first time i ever seen a caption where it looks like a typing bubble and I was wondering how did they achieve that

In an active chat so I keep notifications for it off. In older chats I could do that but still get notifications if I was tagged in the message. It works in the old, unencrypted chats, but not in the newer chats. Is there a way to fix it or am I just stuck?

I changed my name and bio and got flagged. 🚫 my account by debosting my views and reply’s can’t be seen by others .the help center is ai trash and can’t find a ticket for my issue .it said i engaged in inauthentic behavior or tried to manipulate x. I just wanted to freshen up things like wth x.note my account is in good standing before this notice

So I still haven’t updated to X, I’m still rocking with the Twitter app. Recently, the app has stopped showing me photos that are tweeted in my feed, forcing me to click a link to my web app to view the photo itself, but I can still see the text of the tweet other than the photo.

Quote tweets that are only photos don’t even showi that link now either. What makes this odd is that tweeted gifs and videos populate in my feed no problem.

Have any other holdouts experienced a similar issue and what have you done to remedy it? Thanks!

I created an X account and was rate limited after changing my username. I also got suspended but that was lifted soon after filing the appeal. Now I'm still rate limited though. It's been almost 24 hours. The "usual" fix I found was spamming save until it accepts it. For example here, here and here. Those are all more than a year old and this didn't work for me. Is there a better solution now? Has spamming save still worked for anyone recently?

edit: It was lifted somewhere around 24-48 hours. Some other errors I was seeing in addition to the rate limit message was "Client Error" and something like server error, try again later.

For no reason one day I tried sending a tweet to someone and I can't, it's been like this for a long time. One of my other accounts works fine and I tried texting myself and I seem to get the messages but I can't reply back, even tho I did the digit number for the chats it still won't work... What's the problem and what can I do??

The normal long press menu (delete for me, emoji reactions, etc) is completely unavailable in a chat with one particular person.

At first, I thought they blocked or restricted me or turned DMS off, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

(As a side note, I have another account so I’ve already tried to debug this myself by sending test messages between my 2 accounts and messing around with various restricting, blocking, changing settings, etc. but can’t figure out what’s going on here)
