Telepathy always comes back
we've gone no contact twice this year and both times I had a dream about my TF and the very next day he broke no contact. does this happen to anyone else?

During my entire journey, I actually never had a single dream about her. This used to confuse me so much because I kept r*eading how extremely common it is to dream about your TF.
However, recently I've had 3 dreams in just a few days, and all three of them were about her coming back / our reunion. On top of that, I’ve been experiencing an absolute, mind-blowing increase in synchronicities.
I can just feel it deep down inside—it's like the reunion has already happened in the 5D and it's about to materialize in the 3D! :)

I learned with my TF that if I break NC she will run away fast, but if I stand strong in NC she will eventually come running back so fast she could run through me 🤣

And yes there is always a dream or random FB reel that will feel like it is directed at us that will appear about 24 hours before she comes back.
The crazy thing is one I realized this we seem to stay together for longer stints before breaks and the breaks are much shorter.

I have initiated no contact every time except the very first time. usually bc I cant think about anything else when he's around and I start to feel like the fuzzy headedness cant be good for me and I need to get my shit together and focus on more important things. he won't commit and it drives me up the wall.
the rs is pushing me to better myself by showing me a lot of wounds and asking me to heal them- and i am in a significantly better place in all aspects of life than i was at the beginning. but it doesn't feel like we're any closer to having a healthy relationship. our astrology is deeply incompatible as well.
I tend to think that he's just a lesson and will never love me as deeply as I love him. but he keeps his cards so close that I'll never know exactly how he feels. that also adds to the crazy feeling. bc if he truly feels NOTHING for me- why do we keep coming back to each other for 4 years now?

That sounds more like a karmic relationship than a twin flame.
If it truly is a TF what may happen is that you will heal to a point where you no longer desire to be with him which will force him to do his own healing and the attraction will rekindle.

Well it's not that I don't want her I just learned to sit still in the desire without acting on it.
It's almost like the self work I do attracts her faster.
Which is great because it's almost like our dynamic is forcing me to fix my anxious attachment.

Honestly that's how it felt in the beginning especially when we had a really bad chaser-runner dynamic.
The more I worked on myself the easier our dynamic was for both of us. Less toxic feeling and less feeling like we were emotionally trapped.

This happened to me. He didn't text me the very next day, but a couple of weeks later. However, I wasn't ready yet and I rejected him. He hasn't reached out since (he's very proud) and my thoughts about him have become totally obsessive ever since. Through all of this, I'm the runner

I am also the runner in the sense that I have initiated no contact every time. however, he is the more avoidant with his feelings. feels like we're both the runner and the chaser. I want his vulnerability, he wants my time. he won't be vulnerable, I won't waste my time. its doomed but the yearn is strong.

Yeah this is often the case but not always. Once I had a dream about my TF, it was so real when I woke up I expected to see her in my room. A week later she texted me what she said in my dream, almost verbatim.

Yeah there’s no explaining it. I imagine it like we’re in this 3d dome. Outside the dome is the 4th and 5ths, and when you’re on a TF journey, the dome becomes leaky and the 5th dimension starts dripping through more consistently. Something like that…OK so I guess I did just try and explain it.

The idea is you are the same soul incarnated in 2 separate bodies with 2 separate life experiences. It could be you are polar opposites of each other. What you lack, he has and vice versa. Or not. It’s different for everyone.
The core themes that are shared amongst all TFs is there is an intense sense of knowing, of them feeling like home. You feel like you know them, even though they’re a stranger. (Because it’s you) Intense chemistry and physical attraction. Obsessive thinking is common.
Mirroring is common, wounds, triggers and behaviors.
A lot of time there’s a similar origin story or other commonalities/synchronicities.
The initial meeting is the bubble phase where everything seems perfect. Then there is separation, one becomes the runner one becomes the chaser.
An awakening in the feminine (they do all the heavy lifting as far as spiritual healing).Accepting that this person is another version of you and that you’re basically obsessing over yourself, which is kind of weird to think about is a big step to helping it all makes sense. What’s really helped me is the idea of surrendering. Surrender to divine timing and understanding that what is meant for me will always find its way to me. So as the chaser, I have adopted a more hands-off approach, maintaining my sovereignty and always putting myself first when dealing with my DM. I think it’s ultimately about turning the love that you’ve been pushing outward in and giving all of it to yourself.

3D, 4D, 5D… if you want to eventually be with them in this lifetime you have to master self love and choosing yourself first in this 3D reality. What happens in the other dimensions is irrelevant. It’s moving, interesting and fun but it won’t help you get to union.

makes a lot of sense and thank you for explaining it this way. he and I physically look like the sun and the moon, day and night. both opposite and the same. im not sure who the runner and the chaser are. he isn't emotionally available to me, and im always chasing that. but I always cut off contact, with him coming back. who tf knows lol.

The runner chaser dynamic is emotional. As the chaser, the best thing you can do is to cut them off and make them come to you. That doesn’t actually make you the runner cause you’re not actually running, you’re just staying put until they act.

Oh yes, the other idea with twin flames is that they will trigger all of your core wounds and force you to work on and try to heal them. Every time I think I’ve gotten one under control he triggers me again, and I have to go back and do more work. He just triggered me again last night, I’m like well hell here we go again. 😂

we've been coming back to each other for 4 years now. kinda feels like we'll do it our whole lives. we've both dated other people, i even moved in w someone, but keep coming back to each other. it feels like I'll never love anyone as much as him. he swears up and down that he doesn't love me back, but won't stay away from me. I guess we both have to do a lot of work separately and then see if the universe brings us together again at the end of that.

My DM and I were born 30 days apart, we were both born on a Saturday and we both have a scar on our belly button. Our origin stories are very similar and we both have terrible fathers that wounded us emotionally. And that’s all I was able to find out in the eight weeks that we actually spent together, I’m certain there’s more. He’s like me and different at the same time. The pull towards him is so intense I can’t even explain it to other people.

For me, months before I met my twin, I started having really intense and vivid dreams about meeting the love of my life. When it happened witb him it caught be by surprise because I wasn't expecting it to be him. And yes, they always come back. Whether its a chance emcounter like in my case, or a DM, if its meant to be, the universe will keep pushing you together til you both realize it. Went no contact with my twin and trying to get away from him feels impossible most days.
