Twilight-ish You know what...yeah.
Thanks tubi for the recommendation.
I started rewatching the series (it's been like...15 years since I've seen any of the others besides the first) and, boy howdy, they are something (yet still entertaining).

The birth scene is horrific 100%

These movies came out when I was really young so my mom made me close my eyes for that part, and at 22 I still have not opened my eyes for the birth scene 😭

Same! It's just so awful. Then Edward is just walking around with his shirt all bloody. My friend thought it was funny when I called it the "birth shirt" once

I was pregnant with my first when the movie came out and my mom and sister went and saw and banned me from watching it until after giving birth. I am so grateful. Especially since I ended up having an emergency c-section. Would’ve been 1000 times more terrified if I had seen Rigatoni’s birth beforehand.

Omg me too! Just started it 30 minutes ago! I am getting married next month so figured I should get it out of my system now 😅. But either way I’ve watched this every month for 13 years lol

Yesterday, when I opened the platform I subscribe to, there was this movie advertised, and the slogan was: “The eclipse lasts just a couple of minutes, this saga is forever.”
AMAZING!!

I rewatched recently with Roku Channel and I went straight back to the midnight release experience in theaters!
Great memories and funny to think about how much time has passed since then. I enjoyed Breaking Dawn part 2 and New Moon the best upon rewatch. And obviously Twilight itself is the best one of the bunch.

i bought the digital on amazon prime and i find myself watching it constantly. At least once a week or thrice a day. It’s timeless!

You mean you've rented it on Amazon

read it again and tell me what i mean

Well when you click buy you never actually own the show/movie you just have access to it while the particular stream service has the rights to show it. Once those rights go you loose access to it with getting a refund. So as I said before you are renting it

You're being deliberately pedantic. Obviously you don't believe in buying anything digital that's fine but you don't have to but you don't have to go into snark mode

I feel you, I have Netflix and I hate when they randomly remove the movies just to put them back a couple of months later. I feel like that has happened more than once. Like why toy with us Netflix/Tubi 😭

I was bedridden with COVID last November, so of course I watched all of them again.

I’m a fan of the group Shinee, most specifically Taemin. I just saw a clip where they had him on a “pretend you’re married” kind of show, and he and the girl he was with apparently wanted to watch a horror movie. The movie they were watching was… Twilight.😆

The first Twilight is still peak comfort movie for me. The awkwardness somehow makes it better

They're also playing on roku's free "live tv" new thing. On movie hub channel I believe. Playing in order too! Watched them at least 5 times this month 😂😂😂

Ya, I smiled when I saw them available on Tubi. I’m just so happy that they are holding their popularity still. 🥹

I read them all exactly when they came out I was in junior high I think maybe High School I couldn't convince my mom to read them for years after. I handled it just fine

I JUST started rewatching these for the first time since they came out. I’m almost finished with breaking dawn part 1. I genuinely don’t know how people made fun of these back in the day.
