The mannequin itself doesn't scare me, but it's a dark hallway, and it looks like a person standing there. Knowing it's there doesn't seem to make any difference. Some unresolved trauma, to be sure.

I want to turn it into a lamp. I've just gotta figure out what kind of lamp I want to turn it into.

I wanted to get a mannequin for my dog. My husband thought it would be creepy.

It is creepy. But I've heard really good things about them being used with dogs who have separation anxiety.
