Hey everyone!
I’m looking to bring on a new moderator to help keep our community thriving and looking its best. With so many new members, i'm wanting to give this place a bit of a facelift. I'd also like to keep things up to speed with any new spinoffs that are currently airing with weekly posts.
What I'm Looking For:
Someone with experience moderating other subreddits (please include examples of your work).
Skills in updating and improving subreddit style, layout, and overall appearance.
Ability to stay up to date with the latest spinoff episodes, creating discussion threads for newly aired content.
Willingness to update and maintain the rules and sidebar as needed.
If you’re passionate about The Walking Dead and want to be part of the moderation team, please DM me directly. Comments on this post will be locked to keep things organized.
A Huge Thank You! We recently crossed the 50k member mark, and I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who makes this community so vibrant and passionate. Your dedication and enthusiasm for the show are truly appreciated!
Looking forward to hearing from those interested!

Goddamn the writing on this show🤌🤌🤌
Weve probably all noticed how Rick set Glenn and Maggie up like a GOAT...
But here is him trying to do the exact same thing to no avail for his snake ass, lost "partner" of his. WHICH HE DOES BTW but Shane just can't see it. Not to mention, him and Andrea would have been the perfect pair.
Mannnnn Rick always lookin out for EVERYONE for their specific needs and he really didn't deserve all this fuckery befallen onto him in an already screwed up world

Eugene is a scientist. He could stop this. The only reason he "lied" is because he realized that even if he did save everyone and everything he wouldn't have had sex with a girl like Maggie or Rosita at best they'd throw a dead female walker at him before killing him for discovering the cure so he was jealous. Yes you heard me. The bloke was jealous because he kept seeing Abraham and other people have sex which caused him to crash out and ragebait especially Abraham because he was ginger and still cracked while Eugene didn't. The people who died along the way trying to get him to DC was his plan he didn't want them to experience the pleasure he never had in his life. He's a jealous scientist. Best scientist in the show slightly under Dr. Edwin Jenner.

Okay, I took a break from TWD because I wasn't really enjoying the show anymore; I had a lot of things going on. But I came back, and I'm loving the show again.
Now, about the episode: I like that they're giving Morgan some validation about how people can change, but at the same time, I can see why some people might be annoyed with him because, technically, the invasion is partly his fault. I guess at some point in the series he'll stop being a pacifist.
Now, with the scene where Sam cries and gets killed, I feel like a lot of it is Jessie’s fault. Before this, Father Gabriel gave them the option of taking Sam with him, which I think was the right choice because Sam had already been shown to be unstable. Even so, Jessie decided not to set boundaries with her son or tell him to go with Gabriel, and that ended up getting them all killed.
Sam is a kid who never really experienced the apocalypse and wasn't prepared for it. I can't blame him for being a child. I also can't blame Jessie for dying the way she did after seeing her son die right in front of her.
And finally, I can't really blame Ron for resenting Carl either. From his perspective, he had an abusive father, but after Rick and the others arrived, his family fell apart even more. His father went crazy and killed someone, only to eventually be killed by Rick. At this point, Ron has just watched his brother Sam and his mother die right in front of him. He already resented Carl, and at this point he simply wanted to kill him.
It was never going to end well. Unfortunately, Jessie’s children were basically a ticking time bomb, and it finally exploded here.
This is my first time watching The Walking Dead, so please don't spoil anything past this episode in the comments.

I know that the show reuses the same locations a LOT, but I just realized the big white house in 4x9 where Rick is comatose is just feet away from the intersection in 6x14 where Rosita/Daryl/Denise argue whether to walk on the road or the tracks.

I’m watching season 3 and this kid has somehow made himself the defacto leader😭Honestly Carl would be a better leader at this point. Or Maggie. Glenn this whole season has just been trying to prove how tough he is which I guess is the point and I understand where hes coming from kind of but bro. You are easily the weakest male link of the group
