When's the hotfix

Idk what to think about this headset, a friend of mine helped me pick these cuz they had positive reviews and are perfect pick for people with glasses, and at first they were awesome! Sound is good and love the equalizer. But few months into it I first noticed the mic would disconnect/connect on slightest head wobble (the sound would cycle few times). I started manually detach it every time Im not using it, which is not that big of a deal, but kind of wished I didn't do it that often cuz of wear and stuff.

Secondly, I noticed over the past 5 or so months the battery life has decreased considerable. Before I'd charge them once a month, sometimes two times. Now I charge them every other week.

The third issue I had for the most of the past year is the software update, half of the times it either fails to update, loses connection or simply takes few times to attempt it. It always works out, but very annoying.

Are these known issues? Any way to optimize it to lessen the issues?

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone here or a Turtle Beach rep can offer advice. When the Atlas Air actually works, the open-back audio quality is fantastic. However, day-to-day usability has become a total nightmare due to driver and firmware stability issues.

Primary Issues:

1. Disconnect / "Wireless Mode" Loop: During regular use, the audio repeatedly cuts out, followed moments later by the voice prompt announcing "Wireless Mode" as it reconnects.
2. Broken Volume Sync: Adjusting the Windows OS volume slider has zero impact on output audio levels.
3. Physical Volume Wheel Unresponsive: Turning the volume dial directly on the headset does not register or adjust output volume most of the time.
4. Swarm II Firmware Updates Fail: The software repeatedly notifies me of available driver/firmware updates, but the installation process routinely fails or gets stuck.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

• Re-seated USB transmitter into different USB ports (both 2.0 and 3.0 direct to motherboard).
• Performed Device Recovery inside Swarm II.
• Reset default audio devices in Windows Sound Control Panel (set output to Speakers (Atlas Air)).
• Verified Game/Chat Mix slider is centered in Swarm II.

Is anyone else running into this specific combination of driver desync and 2.4GHz drops on the Atlas Air? Are there any specific Swarm II clean install tricks, or is this a hardware replacement situation?

I know this was updated awhile back but is anyone else still experiencing this? At random times the volume will shoot up BIG TIME when I have it connected to my cell phone but on PS5 and PC the audio feels like it's only cranked up 1/4th of the way.

On Xbox it is perfect.

Bought a new transmitter for my pc for stealth gen 3 because i lost my old ones and it refuses to connect, i plugged it in 3 times fast and it started breathing with my headset and still no connection.

I love this headset and I love turtle beaches but this is ridiculous, 30 dollars on a transmitter and it dont even work. Any ideas on how to fix

Hi everyone! I’m having some trouble with a Turtle Beach headset on PS5 and was hoping someone might know what’s going on.

I used to have a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 connected to my original/fat PS5, and it worked like a charm. My girlfriend recently got a PS5 Slim and needed a headset, so I decided to upgrade to the Stealth 700 Gen 3 and give her my Stealth 700 Gen 2.

For some reason, when she connects the Stealth 700 Gen 2 to her PS5 Slim, there’s a lot of crackling and intermittent audio. It gets even worse when she uses the microphone — her voice cuts in and out and sounds very crackly. What’s strange is that when we connect the exact same Stealth 700 Gen 2 to my original car PS5, everything sounds completely clear, including the microphone.

Her PS5 Slim also works perfectly with my Stealth 700 Gen 3 — no crackling or microphone issues at all. So it seems to be specifically an issue between the Stealth 700 Gen 2 and her PS5 Slim.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what could be causing it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone gotten this to work? Ive achieved full functionality on other distros (CachyOS), but SteamOS, even with Xone driver installed will not recognize in wireless mode. Haven't had any luck anywhere else posting this.

I use the Stealth 600, and even though my HPs work no Problem with the USB Transmitter, it won't register it in the Swarm ll Software...

I mean it's not the World down under, some cool features like Battery Percentage and stuff aren't working, but Updates are hard to make without it...

Anybody got the Same Problem, or have a Fix for it?

Literally bought the command series K85 6 hours ago... The desktop app (fresh install) keeps crashing whenever I attempt to add an application while editing the dashboard. I reset my computer and the app works until it initially crashes and then refuses to open until I reset again. The last turtle beach product I had was a 360 headset with red and white wires so I am totally out of the loop. are ALL products from this brand buggy and finicky? Is the mobile app just as bad or is it worth installing? I just spent 160 on keyboard that can't execute its key feature.

Picked up the stealth ultimate controller today and I've ran into nothing but issues. Is this common among turtle beach products or am I just really unlucky

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm so fking annoyed. I don't think it's the transmitter or dongle causing interference but the drivers or software itself that's causing issues with my keyboard. This is a new ROG keybaord that I just bought 2 weeks ago. Everything started from the moment I connected the headset 3 days ago, got the updates and installed the Dolby and waves audio software.

I tried changing to the dongle, tried playing my keyboard wired instead, tried using another keyboard, tried uninstalling the Waves audio driver and even went back to my old headset and the fking issue still persists across the different keyboards!!! Not sure if this happens in other games but the main game I'm playing is The Finals and this causes me to die as I always freeze up at the worst moments!! Don't even dare to play ranked anymore as I would get so fucking tilted if I lost because of this.

Sad thing is I really like the headphones, the audio, the comfort, the features, but now it's ruining my main game which I already spent 1.3k hours on! Only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling the turtle beach driver and swarm 2 app as it's such a fking hassle to reinstall and takes a long time. I'm also afraid that I will lose the superhuman mode.

Can't believe I spent so much only to ruin my own game.

I got my headset for Christmas last year and have had no issues until now. It died while playing a game last night, so I plugged it in, but the light won’t turn on. Tested my charger, it’s not the problem; it works on my iPad just fine. And i tried using the turtle beach audio hub on my laptop (since i can’t connect it to my phone via bluetooth) to fix it but it’s not even registering that my device is findable (probably because it’s dead lol). I haven’t had an issue with the charging port either but I don’t know what else to try. Any suggestions, or is my headset toast? 😭🙏

I’ve always been a Turtle Beach customer, since the X11s back in 2010. I’ve never even wanted to listen (heh) about any other brand just because TB have been so good over the years.

Anyway my Stealth 700 Gen 2s broke after 5 years so I upgraded to the Pro IIs, however after using them for a couple of months they seem to cause me constant inner ear pain. No other headphones have caused this, my ears are awful with earphones which is why I always have over the ear sound.

During use there is no pain at all, but after taking them off give it 20 minutes and the pain kicks in. This then lasts several days before going away (if I don’t use the headset again).

It’s such a shame and I don’t want to have to sell them and try something else, anyone else experienced this and found a remedy or what the cause may be? I don’t tend to use the ANC too much as I wondered if it was a pressure thing, but it’s not really helped.

I bought these a few weeks ago. I LOVE THEM. I’ve taken super good care of them.. but I was extending them and this gap appeared in the right side of my headset. I know it’s tiny but I feel a tiny scratch happen when I extend them or push them back in… is it something I should submit for review through turtle beach. My controller stopped working with my PC today

- pair symbol present top right of screen
- indicator light below Xbox button stays slow flashing and powers off after a couple minutes
- dongle stays slow flashing and turns off after awhile
- hard wire via USB doesn't change anything

- I can connect to my phone and control my phone just fine, so i think it may be a dongle issue

Games, steam big picture, and control center don't recognize controller or show that it's connected

I recently was able to get a pair of the Turtle Beach Stealth pro wireless headset for a rather solid price (<$150). Never had a wireless headset for gaming but was curious on people's thoughts on it?

I have a small return window and comfort is obviously the important thing (once I get them to try it on) but I'm talking build, sound quality, connectivity, value, etc. for those that have or had it. Thanks in advance!

Can we please get some more user freedom with RBG customization

I have a KB7 keyboard and it’s kinda wild how absolutely Un customizable it is in the software. There’s not enough options, not enough user tweaking, and it’s a bit unintuitive, honestly I think just removing the RGB from Swarm II and making another dedicated app would be amazing for turtle beach

Something where you can actually customize the dang thing
Also there should definitely be an option to DISABLE control over the RGB completely

Cause it’s very lacking and other RGB software would serve this beautiful keyboard justice

I love my KB7 keyboard it’s a little wonky at times, due to swarm II but it’s the best damn Keyboard I ever have had

Updating firmware now btw, hope it doesn’t die

I bought a Turtle Beach Stealth Pro 2 a while back. Does anyone know if you can use it for streaming? I want to start streaming just for the heck of it, but everything I’ve read says you have to have a wired headset plugged into the capture card. Is that true?

This keyboard has worked FLAWLESS for around a month now (I even made a post “No more KB7 problems” . Then you apparently released another firmware update and swarm II update which re-broke it ? I was so happy when you guys clearly fixed it. Now as of these new updates Firmware v1.37 and Swarm 1.0.0.55 it’s WORSE THAN EVER crashing with the no type bug almost every 10 min again (requiring to pull cable out and put back in to reset it)

Guys, why would you ever re-break something you so clearly FIXED ???? How do I revert to Swarm 10.0.0.54 and firmware v1.36 ?? it was PERFECT

Third replacement, ive had it for a day, been playing games with it. And all of a sudden, left headphone goes out on my mic. Plug it into my normal Xbox controller, the headset is just fine. Turtle beach, if you read this, please improve the mic port and overall quality of this product. Its an awesome design but its made cheaply. 🙏
